On the other hand,the Titleist 910 D3 was designed to promote a lower, boring, more penetrating ball flight, and is said to be more workable. Noticeably absent is the "DComp" model. This driver performed incredibly well, particularly on shots caught high on the face. Balls struck high would carry a long ways and didn't see enough spin loss to "float and fall." Shots struck low had a slight propensity to balloon and lacked a little more ball speed than I'd like, but I believe the CG is a little higher in the Titleist 910 Driver than the D2, and this would account for that - the sweet spot's a little higher. The Titleist 910 D3 Driver clones offers the same unique design elements and technological enhancements to its stable mate the Titleist 910 D2 Driver. The only differences are that it comes with a smaller clubhead at 445cc compared to the 460cc of the D2 model, and has a slightly deeper face, which provides additional trajectory and shot control.
