This covers your main administrative staff.
Extra Staffing
Use this form to list pay for extra staffing assignements.
Staff Benefits
This form is for recording information about the various health insurance plans
offered to staff.
Non Certified Pay
This allows you to enter any job position not covered on the other forms.
NOTE: There is room for more than four jobs.

Teacher Salary
Information
Use this form to enter the FTE's and salary ranges for teachers.
NOTE: In the Maximum Allowed field enter the
Highest MA rate if it is the same.
District Details
Use this form to enter the District Administrative Data.
