How to report problems with the Salary Survey

1) Briefly describe what you were trying to do (i.e. Edit, Print, Change Username)

 

2) Did you get an error messages?  If yes, what did it say?


3) Can you tell me what type of computer you are using, PC or Mac?


4) If a PC, what version of Windows are you using?
Unusually you can go the "Help" menu, choose "About..." and then check the "System Info" button. It will give you a window that tells you what OS version you are using.


5) Type of Internet Browser:

To do this, when it is open click on the Help menu and at the bottom of the Help menu there is usually an option that says something like "About...". Clicking this will open a form that tells you the name of your Internet Browser and usually the version. For instance, on mine it says Microsoft Internet Explorer and then the version is 6.0.2999 etc., etc.


7) Have you tested this on another computer? If yes, did you have the same problems?
