Below is a step by step guide to editing user names and information pages.
NOTE: Because the screen shots below are so wide, to print these out correctly from your FILE menu choose
PAGE SETUP and set the page orientation to Landscape.

1) When your open the website you will see a form like the one below. To begin editing your information click the "Edit Information" menu.
 

 

 

 

 




2) You will be taken to this log in form.
 

 

 

 

 

 


 

3) Once you log in you will go to this page. This is the General Administration page. From here you can edit the user information or the compensation data.

 

 

 

 




HOW TO EDIT THE USER INFORMATION:

4) Clicking the "Create User" menu will open this form.
 

 

 

 




5) To edit the user information click the "Edit" link as shown above. This will open the edit version of this form. You can then change the first name, last name, enter a phone number and change the Username and Password.

Make sure you click Update when done so you do not lose your changes!!

 

 

 

 




6) You can have multiple users who have permission to edit the information. To create new users click the "Add New User" button. When you do, the form will load the blank entry of the new user. Once the new user is loaded, you then click Edit to add their real name, username and passwords.
 

 

 

 




 

 

Choosing a Page to Edit
7) To pick a specific page of information to edit, put the mouse pointer over the Edit Information menu. DO NOT click on it.

 

8) When the page opens, click the "Edit" button. When the page is in edit mode you will see boxes that display the data. To edit
click in one of the boxes on the page and type the new information.

Remember, you must ALWAYS click the "Update" link to save your changes.
